Strain
Knee joints, ankle joints, toe joints and small finger joints are particularly prone to injury. Sprains, strained ligaments or joint capsules and bruises can occur during sport, at work, or at home. Wrap treatments using the liquid for external use "Retterspitz Äußerlich" relieve the pain and help reduce swelling. After removing the wrap, a massage with the muscle treatment "Retterspitz Muskelcreme" further promotes healing. Apply a line of cream, approx. 5 cm long. After applying the cream, keep the area warm. Retterspitz Muskelcreme is extremely skin-friendly and does not contain any diclofenac or ibuprofen.
