How to use
Always use Retterspitz Muskelroller exactly as directed in the instructions in this package leaflet.
Unless prescribed otherwise, apply Retterspitz Muskelroller to the affected area of the body three to six times daily. With the roller ball pointing downwards, move the roller using circular motions and massage the lotion it releases into the skin using gentle pressure. Keep the body warm after use.
The efficacy of the massage is supported when it is performed following a wrap, after removing the wrap cloths and rubbing the skin dry. The wrap treatment helps loosen the layers of skin and afterwards the skin has a particularly good ability to absorb the lotion. Do not allow the lotion to come into contact with the eyes and apply only to the affected sites. Do not remove the roller ball! To ensure optimal distribution of the lotion, the Retterspitz Muskelroller should be used only at room temperature.
