Aching muscles, sore muscles
Extreme strain during sport can lead to overstretching and painful tension. Adding the bath essence concentrate "Retterspitz Badekonzentrat" to a warm bath (38°C) loosens and relaxes the muscles. Tip: Gently increase the temperature while bathing and bathe for around twenty minutes in total. After leaving the bath, take a short cold shower and then cover yourself with a blanket for a subsequent period of sweating. Massaging with the muscle treatment "Retterspitz Muskelcreme" has a stimulating effect. Use a line of cream approx. 5-10 cm long. The cream is well absorbed by the skin and enhances the effects of the massage.
